Why we wrote a page without the gels
HA filler is the biggest injectable search term there is, and Durango rooms offer several brands of it. We offer none of them. Saying that in the first paragraph is the only way this comparison deserves your trust.
Three things we will not do here: we will not pretend HA fillers are unsafe or wrong, we will not invent their menus or prices, and we will not rebrand Sculptra as “our Juvederm” to catch a search. What we will do is explain how a collagen stimulator and a gel actually differ, price what we sell, and tell you plainly when your question is one we cannot answer with our shelf.

Collagen vs gel, without the brochure voice
The gel model is simple and honest: material goes in, volume appears, material slowly goes away. For the right patient and the right area, that is exactly the right tool, and it is why HA fillers dominate the market. Its trade is that the result is on a timer attached to the gel itself.
The Sculptra model is slower and stranger: a PLLA material is placed, and over roughly 3 to 6 months your skin responds by building collagen. The material itself is absorbed; what remains is your own tissue. That is why results can last up to about 2 years and why nobody should promise you an instant mirror change on the drive home. It also means Sculptra is a poor fit if you want to look different for an event next weekend.
And to be explicit about our shelf: we do not combine Sculptra with HA filler, because we do not offer HA filler.
