The neck and chest add-on is +$1,000, extending the same physician-performed arc to the décolleté, for $3,200 total. Why the neck and chest get left behind
Most Durango faces we treat have had decades of sun. The décolleté has had the same decades, usually with less protection: v-neck hiking layers, boat days on Navajo Lake, and sunscreen applied to the face and stopped at the jawline. The result is a chest that often looks older than the face above it, with mottled brown spots, diffuse redness, crepiness, and the vertical sleep-line creases that make the area look crinkled in photos.

Décolleté aftercare in Durango
